Delivery or Collection of Items

We hold limited amounts of stock. It is recommended that you wait for email or telephonic confirmation from us prior to making arrangements for the collection or delivery of such items. We will attempt to give you an estimated repair time. Certain items such as refurbished Mechatronics may have a slightly longer lead-time (due to the fact that they'll need to be assembled and tested).


Delivery Options:

If any parcel delivered by our couriers appears to be damaged, please be sure to verify both the contents and condition of the consignment in the presence of the courier driver. Phone us immediately if any product is damaged or missing. Liability for any shipments sent from us ends with the obtainment of a clean signature from the consignee upon delivery of the goods.


Warranties

Products and services sold by Elf are covered by our limited warranty, unless otherwise stated. The specific details of such warranty, or the lack thereof will be stated on every issued invoice
